'Celia' is a full, lush flower made from layer upon layer of shaped fine organza and silk. It has the best ruffled centre. You can't ignore the perfect leaves on this mount, either - they are made from super glossy satin. It's wire stem means you can easily pop it onto a hat or headpiece and arrange how you please.
